Mobile floor protection made of aluminium panels

Maximum load capacity and secure hold for demanding projects.

Cteam expert using crane for heavy lifting in construction logistics.

Our patented interlocking system made from high-quality aluminium alloy guarantees maximum strength and a secure hold, even in the most adverse weather conditions.

In order to create a successful, top-quality product, we incorporated the experience of our professionals and engineers into the development project.

As a result, we've created a system that sets a new benchmark and easily meets the most exacting requirements.

Advantages of Cteam aluminium panels

1 Quick to install and store

    • Quick to install and dismantle thanks to our interlocking system, which eliminates the need for time-consuming screwing.
    • Assembly and dismantling times are significantly shorter than with screw-in panels. This can reduce stadium hire costs, for example, and enable more efficient project management.

2 Reducing the risk of injuries and trips

    • No protruding screw heads, significantly reducing the risk of injury and tripping hazards for workers and visitors.
    • The profiled surface ensures better traction on ascents and descents. The special profiles provide good grip for pedestrians and vehicles. The use of traffic lanes is particularly advantageous in demanding applications.
    • The connections for wide lanes and large areas are located inside the side panel connections. This provides an even surface and reduces the risk of tripping. The internal splice provides additional safety and aesthetic appeal.

3 Load capacity of up to 250 tonnes per m².

    • High load distribution for optimum soil protection and minimum compaction. On request, maximum compaction can be calculated in advance using a static proof.

4 Protection of machinery and the environment

    • No screws that could damage mowers or other farm machinery are lost in fields and meadows. This protects both the equipment and the environment, and avoids unnecessary repair costs.

5 Various sizes

    • We offer a range of sizes for maximum flexibility in terms of both cost and project requirements.
